This week we handed in our rough cut magazine, with the front page, contents and double page spread. i handed it on the Tuesday at 4:30pm. in our next lesson we got feedback from students and teachers. it took a whole lesson, but i got a lot of helpful advice on how to improve my magazine. i'm going to re-take my front cover photo and change the colour scheme of my double page spread. i also want to re arrange the layout of my front cover and add two more photos to my contents page.

this week i've continued with my magazine and started my contents page and double page spread. i took more photos on the Friday for my contents page. i also wrote an article for my double page spread, which took a lesson time. after applying into Indesign i realized their is some space so i'll need to add to it. i also checked the spelling and grammar as mistakes like that would make it look unprofessional.

This week we had lessons on how to perfect the magazine with the right language and format. Wednesday we started the rough cut magazine. i used Indesign for this. i stared with my title and experiment with different blocky fonts which matched my genre. i continued with the information on the front cover and added my chosen photo for the front cover after editing it slightly with Photoshop which i found effective in airbrushing my image.
